Our staff and members of the Board outlined bussiness principles as being considered key to a healthy and productive working environment and we aim to promote these qualities in the day-to-day running of our company.

Tessenderlo Group initiated an intensive Leadership Development Programme for its managers and executives. This programme brings together talent from different business areas and regions to share their experiences, to expand their business acumen and to further develop their personal leadership competencies supported by academic experts and personal coaches.
