Electrical Controls Engineer

Profile:
In this function the Electrical Controls Engineer will oversee the Automation and Instrumentation for the manufacturing facility and the oversight of two automation technicians.
This position will focus on designing and programming automation controls to improve product flow, and to do efficiency upgrades, equipment installation, contractor management, and the development and training of staff.
Strong knowledge of PLC's and DCS systems is required to include Allen Bradley, Siemens and Foxboro.
Position reports to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
Competencies:
4 Year Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or similar
3+ years of proven Maintenance leadership
First rate Communication skills, coupled with excellent team building skills
Strong knowledge of Automation and Instrumentation system
