Logistics Manager Assistant

As Logistics Manager Assistant, you
- participate in the formalization of the  transport policy  for Akiolis group.
- assure a technical and regulatory  overview   of rolling stock  (trucks, trailers )  and  management tools
- set up a group logistic information system to be  implemented and developed
- participate in  running the family business. by organizing and facilitating monthly meetings
-quickly become the point of contact for the corresponding software.,drafting procedures and    documentation, training users
- exploit (run) the corresponding tools to know the fleet, its cost and the productivity of sites and regions.
- assist the persons in charge of the regional transport.

- minimum 35 years old
- Solid experience in  controlling,  monitoring  a  fleet for a transport company on behalf of others or on own account  (  5 to 10  years).
- Implementation of a management control including ERP M3 program  would be an asset.
- Rigorous  methodical,  at ease with computer systems and  result oriented
- Having a very good sense of business relations   able to feel at ease with an area manager or  a truck driver.
- Fluent in English
