a) What is Tessenderlo Group?

b) What is Tessenderlo Chemie NV’s dividend policy?
The dividend policy of Tessenderlo Chemie NV is to maintain stable dividend growth. On average, one-third of the net consolidated profit is paid out as dividends. However, this policy can be adjusted in order to ensure that the dividend grows or at least remains stable. Read more.
c) What is a VVPR strip?
If you present a coupon with a VVPR strip in Belgium, a lower withholding tax of 15% applies instead of the usual 25% for the payment of dividends.

The VVPR strip is also quoted on the stock exchange, but has a fixed rate per day.
