Art. 523 Company Code
In relation with the stock option plan of Tessenderlo Group, application has been made of art. 523 of the Belgian Company Code, since one of the directors, more specifically the CEO, is one of the beneficiaries. This includes among others that the CEO has not participated at the deliberation and the decision in this regards.
