The gelatin business unit turns the skins and bones of cattle and pigs into high-quality gelatin for a variety of usages in food, pharmaceuticals, photography and technical applications.
In food, gelatin can be found in confectionery, dairy products and desserts and savory products. Collagen hydrolysates are used in food supplements, nutritional and sports food and drinks, and in special foods with a low glycemic index or for people with diabetes. Our gelatin is a safe and healthy, natural product free from fat, cholesterol and carbohydrates.
