PVC at Tessenderlo Group

LVM

In addition to PVC, Tessenderlo Group is also a producer of VCM (vinyl chloride monomer) and suspension PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
The affiliate LVM (Limburgse Vinyl Maatschappij) produces VCM at its Belgian production site in Tessenderlo, which has a capacity of 550,000 tons.

The VCM is transported from Tessenderlo to its PVC production units in Beek (The Netherlands) and France (Mazingarbe). The joint total capacity for the 2 plants is 480,000 tons.

The PVC is produced under suspension polymerisation (S-PVC) and is marketed under the MarvylanÒ tradename by LVM.

Different qualities are available ranging from K-value 57 to 75 available for rigid and flexible PVC applications. The PVC is sold in bulk, big bags or 25 kg bags.

The central location of the production units in Western Europe makes LVM an important player in these countries. Our Technical Service Department, together with the sales personnel, offer our customers support in finding the best product for their applications.

Tessenderlo Group is a member of Vinyl 2010, the voluntary commitment of the European PVC industry to sustainable development and PVC recycling.
