GranuPotasse®
In addition to the benefits of Tessenderlo Group's Sulphate of Potash, GranuPotasse® offers a number of important advantages, which make it the ideal grade for bulk blending and for direct soil application
Hard granules
GranuPotasse® is obtained from compaction of the standard sulphate of potash. Compacted to extreme hardness, GranuPotasse® can be exported around the world without being damaged by handling, storage or bagging operations. Screening, dust removal and additional anti-dust treatment just before shipping guarantee a perfect delivery to the customer.
Easy-to-spread fertiliser
GranuPotasse® has a uniform granule size of between 1,60 and 4,50 mm (Size Gr Number of 300, or a median size of 3 millimeters), ensuring even distribution during spreading. It has a spreading range of 24 - 28 m.
Ideal for bulk blending
To enable local bulk-blending, the demand for granulated fertilisers with standardised granule size such as GranuPotasse® is growing worldwide. GranuPotasse® is ideal for blending with other fertilisers, including Ammonium Nitrate, Urea, DAP and TSP.
Yield and quality improvement
For crops sensitive to chloride and salinity and with a high K demand, the best way to assure top quality and yield is with basal application of GranuPotasse® at planting time or through split application.
