Strategy

Tessenderlo Group's global business strategy can be summarised as follows:

  • Take leading market positions in niche markets

  • Increase the share of specialty activities  to 70 % of revenue by 2012. In order to do so we will:

    • Focus on businesses that combine services and valorisation of by-products (TKI, Water Treatment, Akiolis)

    • Strengthen our gelatin activity's top-three position in the world

    • Develop our Plastic Pipe Systems activity in Europe

  •  Increase profitability on a continuous base
