Overview
AKIOLIS operates in the domain of the collection, treatment and valorisation of organic by-products from meat, vegetable and crop products. It is as such an indispensable link in the meat and the food industry network.
Over 15,000 locations in France are catered for by our trucks every day. Thanks to our care and efficiency, farms, slaughterhouses, cutting shops, bone shops and butcher's shops, are able to safely dispose of those products deemed unsuitable for human consumption.
Founded in 1964, Caillaud SA - now Akiolis - has created, in just 25 years, an industrial group with a national establishment, appreciated by its partners for its service and production quality.
Akiolis has 13 industrial sites and 43 intermediary collection centres.
