Your job

In this role the Branch Sales Administrator will be pivotal in supporting the operation of the branch, driving sales with a specific customer focus, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Duties involve:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication
  • Providing support to the branch team
  • Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
  • Proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects is required to maximise the growth of the region

Profile

Required:

  • A sales person who is able to demonstrate a proven sales record
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work using your own initiative within a demanding target driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of computer programmes
  • Team player

Desirable:

  • Experience of our products would be advantageous but not essential
