At Tessenderlo Group, we're committed to sustainable growth and innovation. Our Business Transformation team plays a pivotal role in driving this vision forward. The Business Transformation team, located in Brussels, is looking for an additional Business Transformation Manager.

As a Business Transformation Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Business Units and Group management to identify, structure, and execute major improvement initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in accelerating Tessenderlo Group's ambitious goals and shaping together the future of our organization.

Key responsibilities entail:

  • Challenging existing paradigms to enhance business performance.
  • Launching organizational change initiatives.
  • Facilitating the cultivation and structuring of innovative concepts from stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the collection of market and business intelligence.
  • Crafting strategies for both Tessenderlo Group and its Business Units.
  • Ensuring the sustainable and timely implementation of strategic projects that meet anticipated returns on investment.
  • Fostering the dissemination of best practices across Business Units.

Profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent through experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a high-performing organization or as a management consultant.
  • Proven track record in complex project management.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Financial literacy and solid business acumen.
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional European language skills preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%.
