Job description

  • Perform Customs post clearance and other checks;
  • Assure that customs procedures are followed (e.g. AEO, exit confirmations, origin);
  • Control of compliance with customs rules from a European legislative perspective;
  • Support business with customs when certain shipments/orders are demanding for this;
  • Advice and working closely with internal departments on all matters relating to Customs of all Business units;
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely clearance of shipments;
  • Conduct periodic audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective measures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and legal, to resolve customs-related issues and optimize supply chain processes.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field;
  • A first work experience in customs/logistics;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
