Role Description:
As a company team member, you will be responsible for safely delivering assigned loads while maintaining a professional image, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts.

What we need from you:

  • Deliveries from Billings to Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington. 
  • Over-the-road position: home approximately every other night.
  • 2-3 loads/week depending on driving hours: Weekends are likely.
  • Clean-shaven is required during respirator use at all pickup and delivery locations.

What you will be doing:

  • Operate various types of delivery trucks, trailers and other equipment as required, focusing on safety.
  • Provide a customer-focused experience to all deliveries. 
  • Identify customer needs and challenges and find a resolution.  Advise supervisor of all resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers both externally and internally.
  • Maintain high company standards for self and equipment.
  • Work in tandem with the supervisor to arrange routine equipment maintenance and repair
  • Perform minor maintenance functions as required.
  • Prepare cargo documents and other paperwork completely, accurately, and legibly to ensure product quality.
  • Ensure proper PPE and equipment are readily available for shipments.
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations.
     

Profile

Requirements:

  • Must pass an MVR Background Check and have maintained a clean driving record with no moving violations for at least the past two years.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations (CFR 49).
  • Current Class A CDL with hazardous material, tanker, doubles, and triples endorsement.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in bulk tanker transit.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic technical skills.
