Our Graduate Program is designed to give our young graduates exceptional exposure and experience. Over the course of two years, they will rotate through four different assignments, each lasting six months, either across various business units or departments. This unique approach allows them to gain an understanding of our operations, develop versatile skills, experience different business cultures through our global presence, and build a robust professional network.
